I've been going to mental health since september of 2012. They have a policy of only allowing six-eight months because they don't want to create a dependancy. Which of course, I can understand. But I just realized that I don't have too much farther to go. I am worried in part that when it ends, it's going to look like I'm refusing treatment. I'm trying to get disability and I'm just afraid that they're going to asume that I am better or not being compliant. But, the sessions also gives me something to look forward to and gets me out of the house. What am I going to do with myself when it's done?
