This time of year is and can be just horrid for people... If I was at home instead of seeing my daughter I would most likely feel the same way.

You don't suck, you have valid concerns and worries. You have bills, housing worries, medical concerns and other normal typical concerns.

Remember you can not fix everything at one time. maybe try to just turn off or ignore all that nonsense and just focus on your kids and whatever happy stuff you can grasp onto.

Then start slowly chipping away at one problem at a time. before you know it your ducks will soon be heading into a row and you will feel more in control.
