This has happened to me before after getting out of a hot bath. It might just be sudden low blood pressure brought on by vasodilalation from the heat of the shower.

I've seen doctors for this and none think it's serious. They tell me to eat more salt, but if this happens again or you're concerned, have it checked out.

I think they checked me for anemia and heart problems.
