I haven't ever been on Zoloft, but I've been on Effexor for years, and a couple of years ago had two psych hospitalizations while on it. So yes, time for a meds tweaking, at least. My pdoc increased the Effexor and added another antidepressant as an adjunct.

It sucks that you can still have episodes while medicated, doesn't it? It sounds like you've had a lot of stress in your life lately, though. That might be contributing.
