Sometimes you can go through government-run psychiatric services. They go by paycheck, not insurance, and charge a percentage. They aren't always the best, but they're better than nothing. If she has a therapist, ask the therapist about other options available in your area. If not, if there is a psychiatric hospital in your area, talk with them and ask about resources in your area. They usually have that information and sometimes there are counselors at these hospitals willing to help you (for free) find the resources she needs and also help you to cope, too. Take care.
