I have been on many antidepressants and combos of meds. They seem to stop helping after a time, and we increase them as needed until we reach the max, then change to a different one. It is very frustrating. A med change may be the thing here, there are newer meds with more action than zoloft, and other meds could be added. Sometimes it's a bumpy road.
