I'm really impressed by you sticking by her. That says a lot about you. Sleep patterns are really important and exercise is a great antidepressant but oh so hard to do while depressed! Seeing a T is really important but if you can't afford that then writing in a journal can help also. Mood charts can help to monitor mood patterns, triggers and early warning signs. But for me meds and a good pdoc have been the biggest help. Hope this helps and kudos for sticking by her - she is a lucky woman.
