Etch-A-Sketch is a tablet about 8x10 inches or so...it's bright red and has a gray screen on the front with two white knobs underneath. The knobs control a stylus of some kind, one makes it go vertically, the other horizontally, both together diagonally. You draw little line drawings on the screen in this way. When you're done, you shake it up and down to erase the drawing. It's a nearly perfect toy...quiet, non-destructive (unless you hit your sister with it ) and will keep a kid occupied for hours.
