I'm on my way to an inpatient stay at behavioral health unit for a few days. I'm scared!! It's my first inpatient stay!! Having serious suicidal ideation!! Pray for me!! Had appt with t and told her a out suicidal thoughts. She called my hubby and we decided to keep me safe that I would go inpatient for a few days. Will stay n touch as best I can to let u guys know how I'm doing. I don't know if they'll let me have my phone while I'm n there. Do u guys know?
