Last night, I had some sleep but then 4/3 hours. I was so tired during the day that I went to have a nap at 12pm but I woke up at 4pm so I probably got 4 hours sleep. But now it's 1am and I cannot sleep. I have tried but I cannot sleep. I'm not drowsy enough. Maybe the 4 hour sleep is the reason why I can't sleep now. But I'm staying up until 4am because I have to get ready for work. I'm thinking of buying melatonin or sleeping pills to make me drowsy tomorrow night. But how can I reset my body clock? Any advice. I feel like I might not sleep again.
