Sleep issues can lead to an increase in your stress level. Having restful sleep is essential for you to be able to think clearly and feel your best. I suggest you get with your physician and let them know about the sleep issues. Not only does sleep issues cause many issues, they also indicate issues sometimes. In the mean time, try the melatonin to help you rest. Or buy some Yogi (that is the brand name) Bedtime tea. I assure you, you will have a restful sleep.
I've had sleep issues for almost 20 years now. Finally getting the help I need thanks to my Pdoc.
I hope you get some sleep my friend. Shy away from any caffeine, try working out or stretching for 40 minutes 1-2hrs before bed. Both have been shown to improve sleep.
