In the mean time, try the melatonin to help you rest. Or buy some Yogi (that is the brand name) Bedtime tea. I assure you, you will have a restful sleep.
I've had sleep issues for almost 20 years now. Finally getting the help I need thanks to my Pdoc.
I hope you get some sleep my friend. Shy away from any caffeine, try working out or stretching for 40 minutes 1-2hrs before bed. Both have been shown to improve sleep.

Hello and thank you for your advice. If my sleeping problem worsens I will see a doctor but for now I'll try to calm down and I'll try to do some stretching and yoga. I've tried yoga and it helped me a lot. The issue is I'm simply not drowsy enough to sleep. I feel kinda tired but it's not enough to go to sleep. I had 4 hours of sleep during the day, I think this is why. And plus my internal body clock is messed up. I have to wake up at 4am every week day for work.
