I can relate to u and agree w/ ManicD. Last summer I was a mess. I was diagnosed last Aug. Aug-Oct was hell til I found help. I started praying more. Listening to jazz and classical music, taking walks in the park, going to bookstores and coffee shops, going to art classes. The above was my way of slowing me down. I also listen to uplifting mental health videos on YouTube (Mary Ellen Copeland).

In September 2012 I was put on Lithium. Lamictal didn't work for me. I'll be praying for u and wish u luck on ur journey to peace and mental stability.
