"Muscle irritability" is one of the side effects of Wellbutrin according to my pdoc. When I got to point where I had hand tremors and a jittery feeling, like I HAD to move (bounce my leg up and down or whatever), my pdoc said my dosage was a bit too high and backed it down. I have also heard that Wellbutrin is not great for anxiety unless your anxiety is tied in with depression.
