But -- if it should happen, would you please go see your doc and get on an antidepressant? It could be temporary, but sounds like it might be needed. In fact if it happens again he might tell you to stay on them!

The medication subject is aggravating lol. When I had my first severe episode with anxiety/panic attacks I was put on Celexa which worked great but then I came off of it after 6 months because I didnt want to depend on it and thought I just had a temporary imbalance from the birth control I was taking. Ever since then I havent been able to get back on meds succesfully.
