Is the pain in the dream or real pain ? If it's real you must get it checked out. C sections are major surgery and take a long time to get over, 12 weeks is not that long. The dream is occuring because you're worrying about your wound and how it's healing. It's on your mind during the day, and creeping into your mind at night.
