i'm right there with you right now.i can't afford the $25 copay for therappy. i know i need it, especially since i'm seriuosly suicidal right now, but i can't make money fall from the sky. and my therapist's office won't work with people, they expect immediate payment.

don't know wha t to do either. i hope you can figure something our for yourself.
