The fact that it bothers you to think of doing something like that suggests you are most likely safe and harmless. It's normal for people with anxiety and/or obsessions to have thoughts they're going to hurt someone, and it's also normal to feel upset that you have those thoughts. Picture yourself actually doing it. I bet you'd feel horrible to imagine really doing it, how you'd feel harming someone, and thinking about going to jail and all the consequences. Don't worry yourself overmuch; you know you have no desire to really do those things, right? It's just thoughts, not urges. You should try not to worry about those thoughts. I know it's not easy, but the more thought you give that kind of thinking, the more anxious you'll be. And it doesn't have to be that way.
