Happy belated birthday. I think you're quite a talented writer, you express your feelings quite clearly here on the forum.

I have spent years dissecting every word, every aspect of my life, and seeing the negative 98% of the time. It hurts so much. It was only when I began to shed some of the shame by sharing these feelings and thoughts that I was able to see other possibilities, at least more often than previously. The forum has been very helpful for that.
