YOU can do as YOU need..... not any one else, as long as you stay with in the POINTS allowed each day - you choose what will make up those points. Just make sure that you eat 4-6 servings of fruit
(or) vegetables and that you drink at least 6 cups of water and get 2 milks/calciums.... per day.
BTW - the list is for those that might need a little help in what is best to eat verses what they should avoid.
Exercise is optional..... but will speed up the process if done, daily or 3 x a week.
