There are agencies in communities that do low fee work. If you are seriously suicidal, then it seems that a small fee is certainly worth it and perhaps there is something you can do do cover that expense? Selling something, or working a little bit extra, or getting someone to advance you a little bit of cash for a while?
Mental health run by counties and such might also be an option. If broke and unemployed, then maybe applying for disability benefits? Then you can get help and insurance.
While there is no real replacement for actual therapy, support groups and other kinds of peer counseling may also be around. Most communities have something like this.
If you are truly without any resources, you can call a hotline for support. And start self-help by reading books and maybe keeping a journal to sort through things.
