How long have you been on accutane? I took it back when I was a teenager and I remember being an emotional wreck during and worse after the drug. I had problems with depression but this made me go out of control. Years later, they saw that so many people had depression or sui after treatment. So just be careful with that. If I took it now, no amount of meds could control me. I had horrible cystic acne that would make my eye swell shut. Bad nosebleeds too. I only took half the usual dosage too. It really messes with your moods. Have you discussed this with your doc?
