Sorry to hear of stories of no access to therapy or bad therapy. As someone who has benefitted so much, I know I am lucky, but I truly think that it is possible to put some things together that could be helpful. For instance, lots of places take students working on their hours for licensing who are not as experienced as other perhaps but they do have two things going for them: they are are doing it for free and they are fresh.
What we really need is reforms in health care so therapy is paid for automatically. I do believe that someday that might happen. Until then it's a shame that therapy seems reserved as a luxury item when it is as necessary as physical therapy or other kinds of health care treatment.
