How are you doing? I know it was a while ago that you posted this but just wanted to say that distraction is always good. Go back to the things that make you feel happier and distract you from the urges. Examples could be walking, writing, drawing, curling up with a good book or movie. Anything that can help until the urges begin to pass.
I personally found writing to be fantastic, and then destroying it. Allowed me to get my feelings out and then let them go along with the paper. That or a really good movie - allowed me to cry and show my frustrations in a healthy way.
