It sounds like your symptoms are resurfacing during your REM phase of sleep. If I were you I would contact my Pdoc for a med adjustment. Your brain isn't allowing you to sleep soundly. The stressors of these dreams can merge over into your day to day life. Meaning shorter attention span, increased anxiety, tired,etc. With that being said, calling this to your Pdoc attention will more than likely result in a med adjustment. I think you'll feel a lot better then. Good luck & sweet dreams.
