I think that's the challenge with depression. You get so tired and so hopeless that it's very difficult to motivate yourself to
try. And then depression tricks you into believing you're not worth the effort, you don't deserve to feel good.
I think most people have moments of increased energy. Even depressed people. If you can catch yourself in a good period, maybe you can gather the energy to start. Maybe you'll see good results, and the energy will grow.

What is the disability? Maybe we can brainstorm for ideas that would get your heart rate up.
