So after a year I read my fish oil bottle it only has 300 mg of omega 3. I am pretty sure I was told 4000 mg is that 4000 fish oil or 4000 omega3. I am such an idiot maybe that is why I have not gotten all the benefits I am supposed to be getting. I looked at a more expensive brand and it has 690 mg omega3 per pill. I would have to take six to get close to 4000 a day.
