It is strange how we find out stuff we think is good for us isn't, and stuff we thought was bad for us isn't, all the time it seems.

There was a stuy done around here at McLean hospital, that said 4000 mg fish oil or omega 3. My therapist told me about is a year ago. I have not noticed a difference in my behavior. So I was buying my fish oil and I read the label and realized I had been taking a 1000 of fish oil. I have an appointment with my therapist Thursday so she can let me know. The study is long and I am feeling very lazy

. I am going to read the link you sent me.
