1) Crowded Places
2) Being woke up early in the morning by people being loud
3) One word replies
4) Anyone asking me, "Are you okay?", "What's wrong?"
5) Family telling me I can talk to them about anything, trying to help.
6) My dog not eating her food
7) Making eye contact with someone I don't know
8) Trying to hold a conversation and accidentally slip up, or run words together
9) Having people sit/walk behind me. I feel like they are laughing at me, watching me.
10) Friends asking me to hang out and go somewhere like the mall, or a party, when they know I can't do it. They think they're helping me "get better" but they are actually making it worse. It's ********.
11) A big one..using I, I'm, Me, any word that refers to myself.
I'll stop here. Those are 11 of the *insert large number here* triggers I have. Lol.
