1. It's hard for me to remember things.
That's fine. You've got bigger things to fry.
2. I cannot hold an intelligent conversation.
Again, bigger fish to fry.
3. I am socially awkward.
Ok, so you're socially awkward. Do you really think that matters that much? Be socially awkward, and **** around, play, joke, laugh, cry... embrace it. I guarantee that if you roll with the awkwardness you'll be fine. You might even find that if you can laugh at yourself that awkwardness might not be such a problem.
4. I can't finish projects or do simple tasks.
Can you muster up the energy to do one thing a day? Start by stating clearly what you want to accomplish... don't get distracated now... c'mon and get it laid out... you got it, don't pick up that damn remote! one thing grrrr... get it!
5. I'm unable to express my feelings without being awkward.
Express your feelings despite being awkward. It's therapeutic. What's the worst case scenario. You were awkward? Man being awkward is okay. I wouldn't get too hung up on what people think of you. You do what you do, and what comes natural... don't worry about being awkward, try and roll with it. try and laugh at yourself a little.
If your biggest problems are awkwardness... and depression (which is no-doubt serious)... you'll find by reading in this forum it ain't that bad. Check out what some of the schizophrenics have to go through. You might feel a touch better.
