Hey, I quit when I was 22 & gave birth to a preemie due to my smoking. Talk about guilt. Then I started again when I was 35 & went through a deep depression (the doc couldn't believe I started again after so long but he doesn't know depressions, apparently). Quit again after another 10 years. It's better to not let those cigarettes be in control of you. Don't let those rolls of tobacco take over your life. You know they do. Don't you think about when you can sneak out for a smoke at a non-smoking affair? It disrupts your life & makes you a slave to it. I know, because I was a slave to them. Try the patch or a smoking cessation program. You'll be glad when you quit. Not lecturing. I know that doesn't work , but I do care for all the smokers out there because I was so hooked & quit. You can, too.--Suzy
