Yeah, I did call them, KD. They said that they figured since the number they gave me had the same area code as mine that it wouldn't be long distance. When it came right down to it, they actually didn't have a phone number available for me in my area. It was just such a hassle. I'm glad you are having good results with them, though. I have to give them this much though... they were very patient with me while I was extremely angry.

I sent the router back today.. and they agreed to not charge me a fee for disconnecting the line. And, they are giving the money back that was spent for the activation. So, I'm pleased with that. It just sucks that I had to pay $170 to get my old phone service back.. UGH.
