Some days are more difficult than others. Trying to keep your head above water when the ocean is quickly rising. I will use the first person so no one assimulates my - stuff.
Keeping focus can be almost impossible at times. From the misgivings of a dysfunctional family who are themselves trying to survive but remain hidden in the sand and forcing their views upon me as they always have, leaving me feeling inadequate, different, unacceptable. A husband who is supportive one day and accusatory the next, impossible to talk to when I am desperate to talk to someone, to have anyone understand.
Too much coming at me at once. Too many alters needing attention, too much confusion. Some days, it's so difficult to keep going, to find the strength, to find the will . . . . . This takes so much energy and focus.
Thank the Lord for psychologist who refuse to give up, who always have the right words at the right time. "Keep your focus."
Be safe
