Do you ever need to sit quietly? Do you turn off the lights and curl up in the corner of the sofa? Do you sit there with no TV? Do you just listen to the silence?

I do. Sometimes. There is too much going on in the house. There are too many things going on. My life is crazy. I sit. I try to not think. I listen to silence.
