My oh my why cant I stay centered. Just yesterday was good. I even saw my pdoc and everything was fine good in fact. But today I just wanna curl up and sit in my room all day. But instead I have to put on the face. You know the one! Im sad but not terribly so just enough to ruin your day you know. But I also feel as though I could laugh and have a good time.

Who knows maybe Im just crazy. Maybe im not even here, maybe your all fake and nothing ever gets better. Oh well. I suppose. I really wanna cut today. But nay I will not must not.
