Maybe you should focus on happy thoughts instead of what you are feeling. You do have a choice on what you feel. Try to focus on a memory that will make you laugh, write it down. Then once you have that one out think of another. Just keep going until you are just feeling all happy inside. Try to go for a walk. Do something that you love doing that you know always makes you smile just because you are doing it. There are a lot of ways you can help yourself. It takes patients, practice and focus. I hope that you get feeling better soon! *hugs*
