It's been snowing most of the afternoon, and winter driving brings more anxiety. I was doing okay until after I got back home. at least for today.I hate winter driving, and what I hate more is the fact that I have to travel for work.
After group today, I've thought about actually working on mindfulness, but at the same time, there's guilt associated with actually doing things for me. also the fact that my pdoc said to look into mindfulness, but I just don't see the point.
does anyone practice mindfulness? does it work? any tips for getting started?
