I don't know You, but I really think You should probably take it a little more easy - have 3 or 4 things (just as bullet points) in Your day list. A la "Have a shower, Eat, Vacuum 2 rooms, Make plans for the next day."
Little things You feel You can do and that would help You feel a bit more accomplished in the end of the day.
