I have trouble with sleep too and have sinus problems, but couldn't say whether that is your problem too - only a doctor might be able to help with that I would have thought - but evenso you might drinking more water during your day could help. Some headaches and sinus related problems can improve with more water intake, just not right before bed if you can help it. Also if your stressed you tend to need more sleep, which can be helpful.
I find I am a night owl and always have been. I can overwrite weeks of work getting myself in sync with waking in the morning, but lots of exercise in the day can help with this and decaffinated drinks after 6pm. Hope this might be a help
