In my experience, Effexor doesn't do much for ocd. I take it for depression and it relieves that, but I still have the lingering ocd symptoms.

I want to say Zoloft helped the ocd more, but overall, for me, it wasn't as good a drug as Effexor, which I'll probably be sticking with even though ocd is annoying.
