I spent a week in the Cardio Unit when I went to a walk-in-clinic with some of the same problems and with swelling at my wrist & ankles that came and went..... that was 10 years ago and that is when I found out that I had RA and that it was messing up my heart.

Go to the ER or Walk-in-Clinic and see what is up.... good luck.
