I used to hate that question --------- because how the h do I know what everyone feels like! No idea, so I do know what you mean. Eventually you do get to the stage where you find out that X feels like this and Y feels like that but the host holds it all together for as long asd possible and that's why the feelings are hard to identify. Maybe if you can write down your feelings and show the psychiatrist so that he/she can get a better picture.
