It's also a good idea to have a routine physical just to make sure there isn't a physical reason for the moods.
Are you able to speak freely to your T while having your girlfriends mother sitting there? I couldn't, My husband came once with me and I sat there wondering what he would think if I said X Y or Z lol .. Just make sure you feel comfortable enough to be completely honest.
Good Luck and post here all you want, ask any questions you have.

I've been seeing my therapist and my psychiatrist since I was 14...I'm 21 now, but they only started speculating that I may have Bipolar Disorder...about a year or so ago. I've never had a physical for it; but maybe i should look into that. She never suggested the mood diary to me; but I think that's a good idea. I should start doing that

Yeah; I was able to talk freely, because I'm very comfortable with my gf's mother...she's very helpful when I have a problem

She only came that one time though...she's supposed to come with me on my next p-doc visit on the 28th. Thanks for your reply; I really appreciate it ^_^
