Mr. V, I said this in your other thread and others have said it here. Your father not loving you was about HIM, not about YOU. He was in some way flawed so that he not only couldn't love you, but used it to hurt you.
Please talk to your T on Monday. My sense from your posts is that you are ready to start healing from what happened to you. That can be an incredibly scary feeling. If you can't talk to her maybe you could print out your post from the abuse forum and give it to her to read.
