welcome to PC. Before I switched to cutting, I used to bite/scratch/bruise so I know well enough where you are coming from.
I'd suggest looking at the pinnned topics at the top of this forum so you not only get motivation to stop self-injuring but other coping habits you can employ as well.
Hope you find support here as I have when I needed it a lot - and keep on posting!
