Still going strong. I did have a couple of drinks on the weekend but did not stray from my eating plan. If anything, I ate a little less than I should.
One of the plans I went on advocated seeds (pumpkin, sesame, sunflower) - at least two tablespoons a day. So I bought some as I love snacking on them. Only problem is that they were roasted and I ended up eating the whole pack in 2 days. That kind of defeats the object in terms of calories and fat content. But they were so yummy. So I won't be buying seeds again.
I haven't started exercising yet but I will soon. Promise.
