Hi ~ Like Optimize said, PLEASE get ahold of Social Services and get the help that you NEED so badly! A caseworker will probably come out and speak with you to see what your needs actually are -- and it sounds like they are GREAT.

It's possible you might get help with your schooling too -- but I'm not sure. It probably depends on your age, but i don't know about those things. You certainly need help with food, utilities, and such.

It also sounds like Lee should be kept from the house since he's very ABUSIVE towards your Mom. Do you think your Mom would put a restraining order on him? He's too abusive towards her, and one day she's going to get hurt!!! He's NO GOOD -- and he certainly doesn't ADD anything to the household. Try to convince her that he doesn't do anything positive for her. He needs to go.
You get restraining orders from the Court house. At least that's how it is here.
