example I have a treatment team made up of my psychiatrist, therapist, medical doctor, neurologist, cardiologist, physical therapist...plus I attend classes/groups that educate and help me learn about my mental and physical health issues, i also participate in support groups that have to do with my health issues, The MS group I am in has been amazing through this transition of my being diagnosed, learning about it and we sometimes get together for social activities. Over all this team of treatment providers, classes /groups and social outlets have helped me to not fall into more problems and my quality of life has not changed for the worst because of having mental and physical health issues, it has in fact improved you would be amazed at all the amazing tips I have received that have improved my quality of life, mentally, physically and socially over the past few years.
