
I can understand how hard it must be but you have done really well

I know it is easy to focus on the bad of today but look at yesterday - getting that much done is a great achievement. Focus on the little things - you needed to sleep today but try and do 1-2 little things tomorrow.
I know it can be hard, but it takes small steps

Unfortunately it isn't going to all change overnight. But it can get easier over time. This week focus on 1-2 things a day (or every 2nd day if that is all you can manage). Next week try doing 2-3 things. Slowly build it up. It takes time and is difficult but it does get better
