Well, IF you are going to see a psychiatrist, I probably wouldn't use the words "demons in my head". If you are male and in your early 20s, I think that might send you down a long and unhelpful road.

A psychotherapist, however, might be more open to understanding what you mean by demons.

I think it might be best to just describe them as thought processes that manifest as voices. Maybe?
